'Tis the season! One of my favorite parts about the holidays is the excuse to get a little fancy, without being over the top. This cocktail is just that. Classy yet simple, and oh-so-sippable. And guess what? I made this recipe up all by ma'self (*cough* that's why it's so easy...).
As the self-proclaimed Chief Cocktail Concocter in my real life job at Oliver Winery, I'm happy to report that the Cherry Chirp is coworker-approved (but also, who wouldn't approve of a mid-afternoon cocktail?). So there's that.
To make this fahncy delight, simply:
4 oz Oliver Winery Cherry Moscato
2 oz botanical gin
splash of cranberry juice
rosemary & fresh cranberries
Chilled Cherry Moscato and gin in coupe glass. Top with just a splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.
